Our journey until now has been incredible and we’re only getting started!
We strongly believe that access to clean water is a basic human need that should be available to everyone, regardless of their location or financial situation.
To fulfil this belief, we have built a wide network of more than 100 outlets throughout South Africa, which offer a comprehensive range of products, including still and sparkling water, user-friendly refills, a diverse selection of fruit juices, and water dispensers.
We have invested in state-of-the-art water purification technology that guarantees every drop of water we provide meets the highest quality standards.
This ongoing effort is a testament to our commitment to providing peace of mind to our customers, knowing that the water they consume is of the utmost quality.
We provide our customers with safe, clean drinking water that meets the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Although the initial water supply may be obtained from a public or private distribution system or a ground water source, our water distinguishes itself from regular tap water by undergoing a meticulous, six-step, multi-stage purification process.
During sand filtration, the water is passed through sand, which traps dirt, sludge, and other undissolved solids, thereby removing them from the water. Sand filtration is an effective first step in our purification process, as it removes the large solids from the water.
In our element filtration process, the water first passes through a 5 micron filter element, which removes undissolved solids as small as 5 microns (0.005mm), and then through a 1 micron filter element that removes particles down to 1 micron (0.001mm).
During the reverse osmosis process, water is pushed, under pressure, through a semi-permeable membrane, which removes between 95% to 99% of all dissolved solids from the water.
In our carbon filtration process, the water passes through a carbon filter, where the activated carbon absorbs chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, chlorine, and other organic compounds from the water.
After removing all physical and chemical impurities from the water, it is exposed to ultraviolet light. This process destroys all microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and hormones, ensuring the water is healthy and free from potentially harmful microbes.
Ozone (O3), one of the best oxidizers available, is injected into our water and immediately begins to oxidize and remove any remaining contaminants. Additionally, the oxidizing effect converts the ozone into oxygen, which dissolves in the water, increasing its oxygen levels.
We aim to make safe, clean drinking water accessible to all and invite you to join us in this meaningful endeavour to make a difference one drop at a time.
